Chris & Charlotte

I was lucky enough to travel to Cornwall, St Agnus to capture Chris & Charlotte's fantastic Wedding. The Driftwood Hotel and Spa was an idyllic location, it was absolutely beautiful. I was literally a stone throw away from the golden sandy beach of St Agnus. The staff were amazing, delivered 'fantastic food!' and always willing to help.

The couple were after a candid type of photography which suited my style and approach. Just being in the background and shooting silently, didn't intrude on their special day. Naturally the guest would grab me for some formal group shots and the newly weds succumb for a couple romantic shots on the cliff edge and on the beach.

The center piece of a custom made wooden surfboard, graphics the same design as the bride's tattoo was a lovely touch from brother Russ. Furthermore the Surfboard was then signed on the back by all the guests.

A brilliant preforming live band, a keg of local real ale and fish and chips just made this a beautiful wedding that i'm sure I and the guests will never forget.

Anna-Lousie & Gavin

May the 4th.... be with you.

What an amazing and fun wedding this one was. On May the 4th Anna-Louise and Gavin had a Star Wars Themed Wedding and I was honoured to be their photographer.

Having never visited Selby Abbey before I was overwhelmed with the Mesmerizing Architectural beauty of this place of worship.

Now this wedding was full of fun. A no holds barred Star wars themed throughout. Darth Vader, Stormtrooper actors, light sabers, full size cut outs of Chew-backer .... even the cake had the millennium falcon coming out of it!

The reception of The Parsonage Hotel and Spa was then lit with light saber battles, gorgeous food and drink until the early hours the following day. Click on the photo to have a look at some of the photos of this fun filled day.

Mathew & Melanie

What a beautify couple and family.
Matt and Mel got married at their local church St Giles, Bramhope and then travelled the short distance to Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa for the reception. The newly wed's were greeted by the helpful staff with a glass of champagne and then the celebrations began.
Melanie was dreaming of a white wedding and unfortunately it didn't look like it was going to happen. Nevertheless the formal photographs were taken and then I carried on with my usual candid, documentary style of photography. Just as the day light was coming to an end, the helpful staff at the Chevin Lodge came and grab me to let me know it was snowing!
Without time to spare we quickly grab the bride and groom and got got some of the most amazing white wedding shots for them to treasure for ever.

Not forgetting Mel got her wish :)
